Our website estimate form sends your contact information, service address, project details, uploaded photos and messaging preferences to NICO, the business workspace used by Auto Charge Pros to manage inquiries and customer records. Our website and hosted business services use Hostinger.

We also use Jobber for existing customer-service records and functions. If you use a Jobber-hosted service or customer link, Jobber processes the information you submit on our behalf.

We use communication providers, including Twilio for enabled phone and text services, to route communications and maintain delivery and opt-out records. When enabled, our AI receptionist may process messages or call transcripts to answer routine questions and summarize service inquiries for our team. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive information through the estimate form or text messages.

These tools help us respond to your request and manage your project. Their involvement does not give them permission to use your SMS consent for their own marketing.

We use the contact details you provide to respond to your service request and coordinate your project. Providing a phone number or submitting the form alone does not enroll you in recurring text messages.

You may separately choose the optional SMS checkbox to receive texts from Auto Charge Pros about your estimate request, scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates and customer support. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase or service. You can leave the box unchecked and still submit your request. This opt-in does not include promotional text messages or consent to automated voice calls.

We retain records of the messaging choice submitted with your request, the phone number, consent wording and version, source form and submission timing. We use consent and opt-out records to manage your preferences and demonstrate permission to communicate.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented or transferred to other organizations for their own use. Affiliate relationships are disclosed clearly near applicable product recommendations. The Store page keeps its own visible disclosure near its product recommendations.

The Auto Charge Pros website may link to third-party websites, including charger manufacturers, retailers, government permitting resources, social media platforms and other external services. Auto Charge Pros does not control the privacy practices of those third-party websites.

Auto Charge Pros retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to service requests, maintaining customer/project records, supporting warranties, meeting accounting or tax obligations and complying with legal requirements.

Retention periods can vary depending on the type of record and whether you become a customer. We retain consent evidence and opt-out records as needed to honor messaging choices and meet recordkeeping requirements. A deletion request may not remove the minimal suppression record needed to prevent further unwanted messages.

Auto Charge Pros uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain.

However, no website, email system, cloud platform, wireless transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed secure in every circumstance.

You may contact Auto Charge Pros to ask about personal information we maintain about you, request that inaccurate information be corrected or request deletion of information where appropriate.

We will respond to privacy requests consistent with applicable law and legitimate business, accounting, warranty, legal and recordkeeping requirements.

The Auto Charge Pros website and residential electrical services are intended for adults seeking home electrical services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website.

If Auto Charge Pros learns that information was submitted by a child without appropriate authorization, contact information can be used to request deletion.
