WHAT WE INSTALL
A dependable charger installation starts with the home—not just the vehicle. We evaluate panel capacity, existing electrical demand, charger specifications, circuit requirements, parking direction, cable reach, and the wiring route before recommending the installation.

Permanent home charging with the circuit and charger output matched to the equipment and available electrical capacity.

Professional Wall Connector and Universal Wall Connector installation by a Tesla Certified Installer.

Electrical capacity evaluated, with load calculations performed when needed or required, to determine the charging rate the home can safely support.

Concealed wiring through accessible walls, ceilings, basements or attics whenever the home's construction allows it. Drywall access is discussed before work begins. Drywall access restoration available.
Many hardwired Level 2 chargers can provide up to 48 amps of continuous charging when installed on an appropriately designed 60-amp circuit and when the home's electrical capacity supports the load.
A 200-amp electrical service does not automatically mean unlimited available capacity, and a smaller service does not automatically mean a full service upgrade is required.
Auto Charge Pros evaluates the home's existing demand before recommending charging output. When capacity is limited, possible solutions can include reduced charging output, compatible load-management equipment, charger power sharing where supported, panel or feeder modifications, or a service upgrade when genuinely necessary.
We calculate first; a panel upgrade is recommended only when the existing system genuinely requires it. Learn About EV Charging Capacity & Load Management and Electrical Panel Upgrades.

Auto Charge Pros is owner-operated by Nick Wilson, a Virginia Master Electrician and Tesla Certified Installer. A second-generation electrician with more than 14 years of hands-on experience, Nick evaluates the electrical system, plans the installation and remains directly involved through completion. Your project is not handed from a salesperson to a subcontractor.
Electrical capacity and installation requirements are evaluated before the charging circuit is designed.
The electrician responsible for the project remains directly accountable for the workmanship.
Electrical improvements are recommended based on the actual system and charging needs—not simply because an EV charger is being added.
Load calculations and capacity evaluations help determine an appropriate charging output.
Local permit processes, housing layouts and installation conditions vary across Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William and Fauquier counties.
Residential EV charging is the primary specialty of Auto Charge Pros.
Applicable electrical permits, inspections and required documentation are coordinated according to the project jurisdiction.
Each installation includes a 1-year workmanship & installed-material warranty.

Every home is different. Installation cost depends on electrical capacity, wiring distance, charger location, routing through finished or unfinished spaces, permit requirements, equipment specifications, load management and any drywall restoration included in the project.
A charger beside a suitable garage panel can be considerably different from a concealed basement-to-garage circuit, outdoor installation or detached-garage project. Auto Charge Pros evaluates the project and provides a written installation-specific estimate before work begins.
Common questions
Straightforward answers before you plan a charger installation.
Many straightforward installations can be completed during one installation visit. Longer wiring routes, panel work, load-management equipment, permits, inspection scheduling or drywall restoration can add additional steps.
Permit and inspection requirements depend on the jurisdiction and project. Auto Charge Pros explains the applicable process and handles electrical permitting when included in the installation scope.
Yes. Auto Charge Pros is a Tesla Certified Installer providing Tesla Wall Connector and Universal Wall Connector installation throughout Northern Virginia.
That depends on available electrical capacity and existing household demand. We evaluate the electrical system before recommending charging output and explain load-management or upgrade options only when needed.
Not necessarily. Open breaker spaces and service rating alone do not determine available capacity. Depending on the electrical load and charging requirements, the existing system may support the charger directly or may allow alternatives such as reduced charging output or compatible load management.
Auto Charge Pros provides a one-year workmanship and installed-materials warranty on covered installation work. Charging equipment may also carry a separate manufacturer warranty.

Send us a few details about your vehicle or charger, a clear photo of your electrical panel with the door open, and photos of the proposed charging location. We can review the basic setup and determine whether the project can begin with a virtual estimate or whether an on-site visit would be more appropriate.
